How do I make a purchase?

  • Click the “TOPS”, “LONG DRESSES” & “KURUNGS” links.
  • Once you have found an item, choose your size and click the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.
  • You can review the items in your cart by clicking the “VIEW CART” button in the “CART” link (shopping bag icon) at the top of the page.
  • If you have a Coupon Code, you m ay key it in the designated area in the bottom left of the “VIEW CART” page. Click the “APPLY COUPON” button.
  • Click the “CHECKOUT” button in the “CART” link to proceed with your order. You may then key in your (i) contact (ii) shipping and (iii) additional information details.
  • Click “PLACE ORDER” to confirm your purchase.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

  • Yes, you need to set up an account prior to placing an order.
  • Click the “LOGIN” link.
  • After entering your Email address and Password click “REGISTER”. You will be directed to your “MY ACCOUNT” page.
  • Click the “ADDRESSES” link to set up and edit your billing address and shipping address. Click “SAVE CHANGES” when you are done.
  • Click the “ACCOUNT DETAILS” link to set up and edit your name, email address and password. Click “SAVE CHANGES” when you are done.
  • Your account is now set up and you are ready to place your first order!

How do I cancel an order?

  • An order can only be cancelled if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
  • Please send an email to our customer service team at info@omell.com.my

What are the payment methods available?

  • At this moment we only accept Direct Online Transfers.
  • Please send a copy of your proof of payment to info@omell.com.my with the subject “PAYMENT CONFIRMATION” once you have made payment.
  • Payment via Visa & MasterCard will be available soon!

What currencies are available for payment?

  • All purchases and refunds are transacted in Ringgit Malaysia.

Account

I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do?

  • Click the “LOGIN” link.
  • Click the “LOST YOUR PASSWORD” link.
  • Insert the email address you used to create your account and click the “RESET PASSWORD” button.
  • A verification email will be sent to your email address with further instructions on how to reset your password.

How can I change my personal information?

  • Click the “LOGIN” link and login to your account.
  • In the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page, click the “ACCOUNT DETAILS” link edit your name, email address and password.
  • Click “SAVE CHANGES” when you are done.

How can I change my billing and shipping address?

  • Click the “LOGIN” link and login to your account.
  • In the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ page, click the “ADDRESSES” link to edit your billing address and shipping address.
  • Click “SAVE CHANGES” when you are done.

Exchange/Return/Refund

How can I exchange / return / refund my order?

We offer exchanges / returns / refunds only if the following conditions are met:
a) Exchanges / returns / refunds are only available within 14 days from the date of your purchase;
b) You must produce the Order Receipt;
c) Items that need to be exchanged have to be returned in its original packaging, unwashed, undamaged, unmarked, unaltered and with swing tags on;
d) Items sold during a SALE are not allowed to be exchanged / returned / refunded.

Please send an email to our customer service team at info@omell.com.my with the subject “REQUEST TO EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND” and quote the Order Number.

Delivery

Where does Omell deliver to?

At this moment we currently deliver within Malaysia only.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Delivery Cost is RM 10 per order within West Malaysia and RM 15 per order within East Malaysia.

How long does the delivery usually take?

About 3-4 working days.
